New Blog/Warning!!!

Hi everyone,

As you can see I have a new blog design, BIG THANKS to The Posh Box!!!!! I am so loving this blog she did a great job, she gave me everything I wanted and more, if you ever need a new blog design look up The Posh Box, she ROCKS!!

Now to my WARNING, which is why I had to change my blog. I originally went with Dusti Designs to create my previous blog design and paid $210.00 to make it exclusive to me, so I thought. A couple of months ago I got an email telling me that some of the items I had on my blog were stolen from this particular persons friend, that she purchase and created them. Of  course I didn't have a clue as to what was going on and reluctant to even believe what I was hearing, but after seeing the evidence I knew I had been taken. Believe me, I will not be taken again!!! Instead of just going to a blog and seeing what I like and wanting it, I will make sure I do research!!! Just know that if any of you are doing business with Dusti Designs she's a thief!!!!!

I would also like to apologize for any inconvenience that I caused anyone!

To all of my followers who once had my old button I would be much appreciative if you would add this one to your blog!

Cardz TV Design Team Challenge #8

Happy Friday!

Hi everyone, it's time for  Cardz TV Design Team Challenge #8. The theme is,  "Color Me a Rainbow" Create a card or craft project for any occasion using colors from the rainbow...pink, blue, green & yellow ONLY...you can also add small amounts of black & white. When I started to search for my colors for this project, the more I thought that they were for a baby or a young child. This was great, because I had never used the B is for Boy cartridge before. This little toy would be perfect and there were a couple of Mary's stamps just waiting for it. "Wobble" came from the "Thankful for You" set and "Look who's ONE!" is from Make A Wish" set. You can pick up your sets here! Now of course I just had to put a wobble on the card, it just wouldn't be complete without it!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #106

Hi everyone,

Welcome back to CCC!!!! We took an extra week off, but glad to be back with some new and exciting challenges! This week the them is; "April Showers" Make a card for any occasion using an umbrella, rain boots, clouds, raindrops, puddles, etc. from any cartridge(s) and using any colors you'd like. I was searching through my gypsy to find something to make and happened upon this cute image of an airplane with clouds, it's from Wall Decor and More and it's what I am using today!  This tall card measures 4x9, the yellow and green papers I'm using are from Mambi by Me&My Big ideas. If you have been following my blog, you should have realized there are several cards with the same paper, when I say I looovvveeeee this paper, I don't think I can say it enough. I wish I would have gotten every pack. I also have some Recollections and DCWV papers as well, my sentiment is from "More Encouraging Thoughts" by Mary at Cardz TV Stamps!

My goal for this year is to use cartridges that I have used only once.  So today I am killing 2 birds with one stone!  3 birds on a Parade I have had over a year and Plantin Schoolbook for about 6 months, these are the first two to be  taken care of. I just think this card is just so adorable!

Challenge/Spring Blog Hop Winner!!!

I Thought I would do a challenge today, Georgiana over at Carson's Creations is have an embossing hop and challenge. Just show off your embossing techniques and you can enter too!
,
I  am using the "Love you a Latte cartridge" to show my techniques. I made this bag of coffee into a shape card. The little cup is an INKADINKADO stamp that I heat embossed and I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder for the coffee grounds. I think this card would look even better if I had a fun coffee sentiment to put on it. Well, until I purchase some, there will be a spot waiting on my card for it!!!
